Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Hindsight licenses purchased from Consalik AB. It applies to the macOS application and any license keys you buy through our purchase flow. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Hindsight offers a free 14-day trial with full access to the app, and no credit card is required to start. The trial exists so you can confirm that Hindsight works on your Mac and meets your needs before you pay anything. We strongly encourage you to use the full trial period before purchasing a license.

All Sales Are Final

Because the free trial lets you evaluate Hindsight completely before buying, purchases are final and we do not generally offer refunds once a license has been bought. Please make sure Hindsight is right for you during the trial.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Some jurisdictions grant these rights regardless of a no-refund policy. Where local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights take precedence.

Merchant of Record

Purchases, license keys, receipts, taxes, and payment processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy acting as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms and policies also apply to your order, and any refund that is required by law or otherwise approved is processed through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for a refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Billing Problems

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or believe there is a genuine billing problem with your order, contact Consalik AB using the support contact listed in the app, on the website, or on your purchase receipt. Please include the order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated date will show when the policy last changed. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
